I am doing some work on a client site that is using Paid Memberships Pro with the PMPro MailChimp extension plugin.
Currently, whenever the user's details are changed (through the WP backend), that user immediately gets an email announcing that they have been desubscribed from the MailChimp mailing list.
I'm wracking my brains here, but I can't seem to find any setting that looks like it may be causing an issue (I thought it might be the 'Unsubscribe on Level Change' option, but I've turned that off and the issue is still present.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
