Have reviewed this topic in other forum threads, but can't figure out how to correct my issue.
A sign up form with this shortcode [mailchimpsf_form] no longer works after updating either WordPress or MailChimp (mea culpa: I neglected to check ALL functionality after updates).
It is the Get Motivated button on this and 2 other pages: http://www.mygoforthegreen.com/practice
An outsourced programmer installed it originally, but it's now up to non-technical me as the small business owner to fix it!
