If anyone could help us with this certain issuse, it would be lifesaving!
For one of our customers, we needed to switch the subscribe forms and document downloading processes from Net-results to Mailchimp, since they do not need other tools than building their subscriber lists.
However, we came across a problem while setting up the forms. We installed Mailchimp plugin, all works great - when you are signed in as admin. Once you log out, the fields to type stuff in dissapear and you cannot do much with it.

Right now, there are 2 forms one on top of the other, cause we tried different things to make it work.. but did not fins a solution.
We tried Chrome (Win, Mac), Safari and IE while signed out and had the same results.
Any kind of advice will be most appreciated!
