I am looking to display icons from Ultimate Social Media PLUS plugin all the way to the right on the top bar (MailChimp for WP - Top Bar plug-in).

Place the following string into your theme codes: <?php echo DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS(); ?> Or use the shortcode [DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS] to display them wherever you want.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
