This is the conversation I just had with MailChimp regarding problems with my automated campaign from my RSS feed. I am not the most technical-savvy person. Can anyone help?
“So after looking into the back end of the account.. I see that we have tried multiple times since 10/23 to pull the feed but our system is not able to connect with the given feed and is not being given any information from WordPress. I would suggest reaching out to WordPress to see what may be causing the feed to not allow the posts to be pulled. I can see the actual feed, but when the system is trying to pull the posts in the feed, into the Campaign, the data is not being sent over.”
