Unreliable

I bought the Pro plugin, which supposedly came with premium support. One issue after another with this plugin and its Mailchimp interface. First Mailchimp was getting email address but not first/last name; then later I began getting messages from people who had tried to complete the form and got unexpected results. Contacted support using their “Urgent” suggestion to get attention; got an autoreply then a message saying they’re forwarding the issue to their developers. Several weeks and emails later, nothing.
I just deactivated the plugin; and will look for something more reliable.
