When opting into subscribe to mail list the address doesn’t reach mailchimp

Hello, we are using gravity forms plugin on our wordpress website, I have created a form it has the mailchimp addon and i have created a mailchip feed for that form where it should send over the email address if they select yes to opting in to our mailing list

I have many forms created using Gravity forms, if the user presses “yes” to subscribe to our mailing list it should send the email over to a specific list on mailchimp. However this is not the case and it never reaches it. The Mailchimp API settings says it is connected however I have a debug error.
