Mailchimp Subscriber PopUp not popping up

How do I get the MailChimp subscriber pop-up form to work? I’ve followed all the directions provided on Jetpack and read the forums, but when I copy the code into the widget on WordPress most of it is removed and then does not pop up. Please help.
