Mailchimp top bar in WordPress

Hi everyone,

I need your help:

I have installed the mailchimp top bar in my site and added the newsletter form. However when people are trying to subcribe to the newsletter the error “oops something went wrong” appears. When going to the mailchimp settings in wordpress I have this showing up:

“ERROR: Top Bar > Mailchimp API error: Bad Request. Invalid Resource. Your merge fields were invalid.
– FNAME : Please enter a value
– LNAME : Please enter a value
– PHONE : Please enter a value
– MMERGE3 : Please enter a value
