Create MC tags from form field – checkbox and menu

Hi there.
I’m using you’re free plugin and it works well but I need to generate MC tags depending on the selection of a radio checkbox or menu.

So, if a user selects either the ‘yes’ or ‘no’ radio button on my WP form, this generates a tag in Mailchimp of either ‘Yes’ tag or ‘No’ tag.

Is this possible with your Pro version?

Please let me know as i need this functionality.
