oremorairam on "[Plugin: SpeakUp! Email Petitions] csv downloading incorrect"

Hello,
When we download our petition by clicking the download csv file, the csv file that appears is missing commas in between each item. we are trying to upload this list to mailchimp and this error is preventing us from doing so. we are using a mac computer.
any help on this would be great. Thank you.
