Your plugin looks great.
What info is synced? Your documentation touches on it briefly and it is mostly likely the forms.
What I am looking for is to sync the user's preferences so that user can subscribe/unsubscribe from the specific list from within WP, which I dont think your plugin supports.
Please let me know so that I can better understand your scope.
