Mr.Doro on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Chrome Mailchimp Checkbox Not Displaying"

Let me start by saying, I have been using CF7 for that past year, and it has been a dream!

I recently connected CF7 with MailChimp using MC4WP plugin, but the checkbox does not appear on Chrome. I am wondering what can be done to solve this. I am using version 2.2 of MC4WP if that makes a difference.
