Hi,
Yesterday I had the problem that in my WordPress/Woocommerce the sync wasn’t working at all. It says 0/138 and 0/9 all the time. I re-installed the ‘Mailchimp for woocommerce’ plugin and added a new API code. Right away it started syncing, yeah!
But now another problem popped up: When I go in my account to ‘connected sites’ the list can’t be loaded? It says: No List selected’ but in my WordPress/Woocommerce it is selected. It also tell me to disconnect and if I want to disconnect my website so something is loading.
What I tried so far:
– deactivating all the other plugins accept the Mailchimp for Woocommerce and Woocommerce itself but that doesn’t help at all. Nothing is changing
– I tried to disconnect my website and do it all over again, no luck. It connects in WordPress but the same issue stands in my Mailchimp account
I don’t know what to do next. Please has somebody the answer or a good idea?
